Meet Becca
Women’s Health Nutritionist & Leadership Consultant
Becca supports female leaders to supercharge energy and balance hormones so they can feel healthier and lead better. She delivers this through a transformational combination of nutrition and lifestyle medicine alongside leadership consultancy.
An unusual combination, she is a registered nutritional therapist, with 15 years experience as an engineer in the British Army, leading high performance teams all over the world. With a passion for bringing women together, she loves running in-person workshops and public speaking alongside running a private 1:1 nutrition clinic in Painswick.
She is also director of Noura Leadership, specialising in delivering women’s leadership development training in the Middle East and North Africa.
Meet Sara
Career and Leadership Development Coach
Sara runs Venture Coaching, a leadership and career development practice that helps individuals, teams and organisations think more clearly and perform at their best. She believes that great leadership and career clarity aren’t options. They shape how teams think, work and perform. Coaching gives leaders and professionals something rare: the space to think, grow, and lead with confidence. And when leaders grow, their teams (and organisations) feel the difference.
Sara’s career started out in the Army, learning how to lead in busy, high-pressure environments and how to bring the best out of very different teams.
Since then, she’s founded businesses, taken on international advisory roles with the MoD and FCDO, supported organisations through change, and worked with leaders at every stage of their careers. It’s been varied, challenging, and full of the kind of experiences that shape how she coaches today. The Foundry is something that reflects her belief in community, contribution and supporting people beyond the workplace.
