Sara Schroter Exploring how individuals and families design their lives – deliberately

Sara Schroter is a former lawyer and chartered director with over 20 years’ experience in law, governance and financial services. She has worked closely with international families and businesses on complex decisions relating to wealth, structure and long-term planning.

After two decades in senior roles, Sara relocated with her family to Italy and is now focused on building and writing — exploring how individuals and families make decisions about where to live, how to work, and how to build a meaningful life.

She is the co-founder of Operation Relocation, a platform designed to help people navigate the practical and emotional realities of moving abroad, and the author of the children’s book Max the Gemstone Finder.

Her work sits at the intersection of life design, decision-making and long-term thinking — helping people step back from default paths and make more intentional choices about how they live and work.
