You find yourself with greater responsibilities, more complex decisions and more people looking to you for direction. Suddenly, the strengths and skills that got you here may no longer be enough for what comes next.
The Foundry Programme is a six-month leadership development experience for women who are ready to evolve how they lead.
Through focused development, honest conversation and a powerful cohort of women navigating similar transitions, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence and leadership presence to step into your next chapter with intention.
THE TIPPING POINT
When your leadership needs to evolve
Many women reach this stage still relying on the behaviours that made them successful in the first place: working hard, being highly responsive, knowing the detail, solving problems, being dependable and carrying a great deal themselves.
It’s important to remember that those strengths don’t suddenly become weaknesses.
But as your role, ambition and opportunities grow, they can start to limit the space you have to think, lead and make decisions.

The Foundry Programme: 6 months on
Following completion of the programme, we predict that you’ll feel comfortable referring to your leadership using statements like these:

A six month journey, beginning with the retreat
The November retreat is the opening immersion for the cohort – dedicated time away from the usual noise to take stock, clarify what the next stage requires of you, and begin the Programme alongside the women you’ll grow and develop with over the next six months.

WHY THE FOUNDRY?
Leadership development shouldn't happen in isolation
The Programme is designed to help close the gap between the level of responsibility someone now holds and the way she currently sees and uses herself as a leader.
It combines effective leadership development with a meaningful cohort of women all experiencing their own versions of the same transition, with space for honest conversation, challenge, perspective and belonging.
