For many women business owners, summer can represent mixed feelings. The extra freedom that comes with being your own boss can feel both liberating and daunting as you explore what you want your summer months to look like and what market trends might be in your industry.

We are setting aside a morning to actually plan for summer.

Together will will plan for what you want September to look like and what that means for the next few months. We will identify business critical activities versus nice to haves, consider where your value is best spent and apply some thought to summer workflows or perhaps outsourcing.

As local founders we are all experiencing similar issues, and planning for it together makes being in business not just more successful, but importantly less isolating.

Format:

0930 Arrive. Coffee and pastries included

1030 – Collaborative planning and co working session (there will be 2 areas; one for those wanting to work quietly, and one for those wanting to follow a guided planning structure).

1130-1700 coworking
